We are the Product Systems Quality iPhone team, and we play a very important role in the quality of our iPhones and it’s accessories. We are seeking a creative and motivated iPhone Quality Program Manager with a strong technical background, excellent cross-functional, leadership, project planning, data analysis, and problem-solving capabilities. You will be responsible in for ensuring the highest quality of our iPhone hardware and software and thereby enhancing our customer experience.

Description
As a Quality Program Manager in our team you will lead QE efforts throughout the development phase of new Apple iPhone products. Responsibilities include:
Responsibilities:
Organize org wide QE efforts and represent quality at a high level. This includes facilitating iPhone systems test plan reviews, cross-functional core meetings, hosting various executive reviews before product release and leading the customer feedback effort post launch
Applying technical knowledge and expertise in iPhone technologies to ensure full test coverage across multiple QE orgs and drive issues to fix
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams throughout the HW and SW development period to ensure the organization is supported with development hardware necessary for validation and also keeping teams informed of key product updates and build over build changes
Prepare and deliver presentations, including one-page reviews, program updates to leadership, and executive summaries
Presenting project status at various forums and providing overall validation status through e-mail reporting
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any Engineering field and 2+ years of quality program management or technical project lead experience
Experience driving multi-functional efforts across major technical fields (SW/HW/QA) and build effective working relationships
Technical knowledge in hardware/consumer devices and ability to learn new technologies quickly
Good attention to detail and organized with a strong ability to adhere to timelines and use relevant tools effectively
Comfortable building and talking to presentations and providing exec summaries
Preferred Qualifications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with project planning tools
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $129,600 and $236,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
