Services Operations is the backbone of Apple Services, supporting all of the world’s content with expert quality and limitless scale. We are looking for a Senior Creative Lead focused on Presentations to ensure our teams are creating world-class presentations across Apple. This role will be part of the Creative Services team that specializes in scaling design production.

In this role, you’ll drive the end-to-end creative development and production of presentations for teams across Services. With support from the creative team, you’ll partner with different business lines and their leaders to design presentations that communicate their stories visually in an engaging and impactful way. Partnering with different business lines and their leaders, this role will be critical in cross-functionally helping to strategize and shape a consistent vision in how we tell stories.

Description

Main driver and DRI for creating visually compelling presentations
Art direct and ensure high-level of visual quality
Manage day-to-day tasks of a vendor team of creatives
Intake, plan, and update teams on progress
Support and facilitate meetings and reviews
Coordinate with subject matter experts to structure content and develop clear, engaging narratives
Uphold and establish consistency through Apple design standards
Create structure and organization on how to scale this program operationally
Negotiate priorities with stakeholders

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years creating and producing presentations for senior executives

  • 7+ years of creative direction

  • 7+ years working with designers (in-house or digital creative agency)

  • Experience with Keynote, and able to use the software efficiently and to a high standard while under pressure.

  • Previous experience in a similar cross-functional role or creative production studio

  • Excellent people skills and ability to go above and beyond consistently

  • Exceptional attention to detail and written documentation skills

  • 10 % travel required, both domestic and international.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to efficiently multitask and prioritize while working with tight schedules

  • Comfortable working independently and accomplishing goals despite ambiguity

  • Experience connecting with and supporting senior leadership roles

  • Experience with program development, design presentations, and marketing communications

  • Immaculate organizational skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Able to interact with multiple teams on an ongoing basis

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,900 and $269,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
