Apple is seeking an experienced event leader and experiential marketer to help shape the future of Worldwide Events and Experiences team. The High Touch Experiences team is charged with bringing Apple’s iconic brand and products to life through engaging events and immersive activations, customized for influential audiences around the world (media, creators, artists, culture-shapers, industry leaders, etc). This team also supports the larger Worldwide Events team in producing product launches and key business moments like the Worldwide Developers Conference.
Description
We’re looking for an Experiential Marketing Lead to shape the future of how people interact with our products. As Experiential Marketing Lead you’ll craft thoughtful, immersive experiences that bring iPhone, iPad, Mac, Watch and the entire Apple ecosystem to life in new and meaningful ways. You’ll lead a small but mighty team, partnering across the company to build experiences that are innovative, memorable, sharable and deeply human.
Define the vision for product storytelling through experiences, making every interaction feel personal, delightful and intuitive.
Lead and inspire cross-functional partners, fostering a culture of creativity, curiosity, and excellence.
Develop forward-thinking strategies that push the boundaries of experiential marketing, blending digital and physical worlds seamlessly.
Collaborate across Apple—working with product marketing, retail, creative, and more—to bring our innovations to life in ways that connect with people.
You take initiative to identify and seize opportunities. You’re a problem solver who is to find the best solution to every challenge and brief.
Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies, ensuring Apple remains at the forefront of experiential design.

Minimum Qualifications
10+ years of experience in experiential marketing, event strategy, or brand experience leadership.
8+ years of relevant work experience in event support, production or management.
A track record of leading teams and delivering visionary, high-impact work.
Proficient in Keynote, Numbers, Pages.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong storytelling and strategic thinking skills, with an ability to make complex ideas feel simple.
A deep appreciation for Apple’s brand and a drive to redefine what’s possible.
A problem solver willing to roll up your sleeve and get things done with an eye to excellence.
A bold, creative mindset with a deep understanding of consumer behavior and engagement.
BA Degree or equivalent.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $185,800 and $334,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
