Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. You will take strategic direction and turn it into scoped plans, coordinated teams, and shipped experiences. The work spans agentic platform launches, feature rollouts, geo expansions, and the cross-functional coordination that holds it all together. Description
This role drives the execution of agentic commerce initiatives. You will help translate strategy into clear plans with defined owners, drive cross-functional coordination across product, engineering, and content teams, and ensure workstreams move from concept to launch with velocity and accountability. You will also maintain the visibility and reporting that keeps teams current without requiring them to ask.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years in program management, operations, or a similar delivery role
Experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously across cross-functional teams
Ability to translate high-level strategic direction into clear plans, tasks, and owners
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in digital commerce and online retail across a variety of platforms
Familiarity with AI tools, agentic platforms, and emerging commerce surfaces
Experience supporting product launches or feature rollouts at scale
Interest in emerging technologies and the future of commerce
