How will you make an impact in this role?
As the Product Manager for User Enablement , you will serve as the bridge between product development and our end users, ensuring that every product launch is both technically sound and meaningful to customers.
You will own the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle, managing user acceptance testing (UAT) , coordinating launch readiness , and driving continuous improvement through data-informed feedback loops.
Working alongside Strategy and Product Development, you will:
Champion customer empathy through user research, feedback collection, and engagement.
Develop and execute UAT plans that ensure product readiness and a smooth launch experience.
Partner with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, marketing, and operations to translate product intent into measurable customer outcomes.
Define and monitor launch success metrics and lead post-launch evaluations.
Own the creation of enablement materials , including documentation, release notes, and dashboards that keep stakeholders aligned and informed.
Serve as the connection point in the feedback loop , bringing actionable insights from users back into strategy and development for continuous improvement.
Minimum Qualifications:
5 years of experience in product management , customer success , or program enablement within a digital product or technology environment.
Proven experience managing UAT , launch readiness , or go-to-market enablement activities for software products.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate feedback and usage data into actionable product improvements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across product, design, and engineering teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
Experience with product documentation and stakeholder communications such as release notes, knowledge bases, and FAQs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a customer-facing product management role or within SaaS or platform environments .
Background in user research , customer experience , or design thinking methodologies.
Familiarity with agile product delivery , UAT frameworks , and product analytics tools such as Amplitude or Mixpanel.
Strong understanding of OKRs , roadmap management , and how enablement contributes to strategic outcomes.
Experience leading feedback loop initiatives or customer advisory boards.
Skilled at working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive user adoption and satisfaction.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus benefits
