Description
We're looking for an experienced B2B marketer to oversee customer lifecycle marketing for Apple Ads. You'll serve a critical role on our Worldwide Commercial Marketing team. We focus on generating more demand for Apple's advertising solutions, and enhancing the experience for our customers throughout all stages of their journey with us. Our communications are designed to inform prospective customers about our ad opportunities, help new customers get set up for success from the start, and share ongoing tips and updates for current customers to grow their business even more.
You'll be responsible to launch and continually refine new ways for people to take timely and actionable next steps. Your work includes directly managing and optimizing our onboarding emails to make our outreach even more meaningful. You'll also create new communication paths to be more tailored for our different types of customers. Beyond the onboarding experience, you'll work cross-functionally with other marketers to activate and engage with customers through other marketing programs and sales channels.
- Lead all facets of our customer journey communications in partnership with other marketers, writers, designers, data analysts, and engineers.
- Champion new ways to improve how we keep customers informed and inspired.
- Enhance the quality of our communications by sharing user engagement findings, along with recommendations.
- Ensure consistency in our tone and approach across all customer journey deliverables — which include email communications, guides, and sales enablement materials.
- Proactively explore the competitive landscape to determine if there’s learning to share, and if we should build into our own initiatives.
If this sounds like you and you want to be part of a marketing team focused on growing Apple’s advertising business, we’d love to hear from you.
