ABOUT THE ROLE: Senior Manager, Venue Growth Marketing
We are seeking a strategic, data-driven, and execution-focused Senior Manager, Venue Growth Marketing to drive inbound marketing programs that accelerate restaurant and hospitality venue acquisition across Resy and Tock within the American Express Global Dining Network. Reporting to the Director of Venue Growth Marketing, this role serves as a critical bridge between strategy and execution — owning day-to-day program management, channel optimization, testing, and performance insights that fuel top-of-funnel pipeline growth.
This person will lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Brand, Product Marketing, Analytics, Operations, and Creative to execute high-impact marketing programs that deliver qualified leads, improve conversion outcomes, and enhance overall funnel efficiency. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical and project management skills with hands-on growth marketing experience and an enthusiasm for partnering closely with Sales and Marketing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and optimize inbound acquisition programs across referral, content, email, partnerships, and events to grow qualified venue leads, in partnership with Growth Marketing team.
Improve digital touch points and lead nurture programs that drive stronger engagement, education, and conversion throughout the funnel.
Develop and run test-and-learn initiatives across creative, messaging, and channel tactics to enhance performance and efficiency.
Partner with Sales, Analytics, Ops, Brand, and Creative teams to align on lead quality, develop campaign assets, and ensure accurate tracking and attribution.
Create briefs, recaps, and performance summaries that communicate outcomes, learnings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
Mentor and support junior team members—including one direct report—fostering a culture of curiosity, rigor, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
5–7 years of experience in growth, acquisition, or performance marketing, ideally within B2B, SaaS, marketplace, or hospitality technology environments.
Hands-on experience executing and optimizing inbound or organic acquisition programs (content, SEO, referral, CRM/email, partnerships, or similar).
Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, SalesForce)
Demonstrated ability to translate insights into clear recommendations
Experience collaborating closely with Sales to deliver qualified pipeline and improve lead processes.
Excellent project management and organizational skills; comfortable orchestrating multiple concurrent campaigns and stakeholders.
Experience leading junior team members in providing feedback and support.
Attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to influence partners
A passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry and the role marketing plays in helping operators adopt and implement technology.
You’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
Are energized by solving problems with data, experimentation, and creative thinking.
Love full-funnel marketing and enjoy optimizing both programs and processes.
Enjoy ownership — taking strategies from concept to execution to measurement.
Excel at collaborating across Sales, Product, Brand, and Marketing teams.
Enjoy supporting, coaching, and developing junior marketing talent, and foster a collaborative working environment
Are excited to help shape operational discipline in a growing function.
Care deeply about the restaurant and hospitality ecosystem and want to support venue success on Resy and Tock.
