We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Sales Operations Lead to join our
dynamic team in San Francisco supporting our Americas business. In this role, you
will be a critical partner to sales leadership, leveraging data and strategic thinking
to uncover growth opportunities, drive strategic initiatives, and improve overall
sales performance in the digital advertising space.
Description
Strategic Partnership: Translate divisional goals into quarterly priorities and the
supporting sales execution strategies. Collaborate with regional leaders to enhance
sales effectiveness through data-driven insights.
Business Insights: Leverage a strong understanding of the market, client base and
competitive set to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive
dynamics to deliver actionable insights to sales leadership.
Operational Excellence: Provide essential support to the broader sales enablement
org & sales teams including book of business qualification/building,
product/reporting training, and CRM hygiene.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Sales Operations and/or digital advertising industry
Solid understanding of the digital ad ecosystem
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for analyzing reports and data to
uncover insights to create high impact growth strategies
Proven ability to identify growth opportunities and business challenges and
utilizing analytics and reporting to create strategic options for stakeholders at all
levels
Excellent project management, prioritization, and communication skills
Self-starter attitude with high integrity, accountability, and collaboration
BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or advanced graduate degree preferred
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $133,900 and $201,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
