Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Client Adoption & Growth

Job Description
As Product Marketing Manager, Client Adoption & Growth, you will lead marketing strategies focused on expanding awareness, engagement, and utilization across our existing Global & Large Enterprises customer base.
In 2026, our organization is evolving into a strategic, full-funnel product marketing engine accountable not only for campaign execution, but for measurable client adoption and commercial growth. This role will translate product innovation into actionable customer activation strategies that drive usage, cross-selling, and long-term engagement.
You will partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Client Management, Events, and other Marketing partners to unlock growth within existing accounts.
You will manage 1-2 Product Marketing Specialists and cultivate a culture of accountability, analytical rigor, and customer-centric execution.
Responsibilities
Develop integrated customer growth strategies aligned to product roadmap and commercial priorities
Translate innovation initiatives into clear adoption, expansion, and engagement plans
Partner with Sales and Client Management teams to align marketing programs with account-level objectives
Lead activation strategies with key ecosystem partners and develop joint marketing plans
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of partner and field campaigns
Design education and enablement strategies for program administrators and key decision-makers
Define KPIs tied to adoption, engagement, and commercial growth
Analyze campaign and usage data to identify optimization opportunities and inform strategy refinements
Provide clear performance reporting and executive-ready insights
Set direction for priority customer-facing assets in partnership with the Content team
Manage and develop 1-2 Product Marketing Specialists
Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience (product marketing, lifecycle marketing, customer marketing, or B2B marketing preferred)
Experience driving customer adoption, expansion, or lifecycle marketing initiatives
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Client Management, and Product teams
Experience developing or executing partner marketing strategies
Strong analytical skills with experience defining and measuring performance KPIs
Demonstrated experience managing and developing direct reports
Strong self-starter with ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
