In this role, you will be responsible for delivering analysis, insights, and recommendations to Marketing leaders in support of market learning and launch strategy. You will use your analytics expertise and relevant data to deepen understanding of the market landscape, patient and physician dynamics, and the competitive environment — building a compelling narrative to inform launch readiness and strategic decision-making. You will be expected to partner with Brand and Sales Leadership to align on pre-launch priorities and shape the analytics foundation that will support RINVOQ through launch and into the on-market phase. A successful candidate must be able to communicate insights and information effectively to a broad group of stakeholders through exceptional oral and written communication.

  • Drive the market learning agenda by conducting analytics to understand patient journeys, disease awareness, treatment patterns, and competitive dynamics — translating findings into actionable insights and launch-ready recommendations

  • Design end-to-end analytics frameworks for complex sales and marketing questions — from hypothesis development and data sourcing strategy, reporting setup, and infrastructure build through execution and measurement — ensuring that each analytical initiative is structured to deliver clear, measurable business impact and actionable recommendations

  • Support brand planning and financial forecasting by providing analytical inputs into the annual plan, long-range plan, and monthly estimates, ensuring launch assumptions are grounded in data-driven market insights

  • Leverage innovative, sophisticated analytic models that address critical launch questions while meeting key business criteria (e.g., cost, risk, business impact) and key technical criteria (e.g., reliability, validity, and predictability)

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners to deliver integrated analytics that reflect diverse contributions across functions

  • Lead contract support and external suppliers to enhance the use of advanced modeling and analytic methods, support reporting setup and data foundation build, fully leveraging available data assets to accelerate market understanding

  • (Post-launch) As the brand transitions to an on-market brand, take on expanded responsibilities including promotional investment optimization, marketing mix analysis, KPI/ROI measurement, and performance management across personal and non-personal promotional channels
