Summary

The Wallet, Payments, and Commerce (WPC) Marketing team is seeking a Marketing Content Manager to develop and expand worldwide consumer messaging programs. Our mission is to build thoughtful, incredible customer experiences that inform and engage users of Apple Wallet and associated products, including Apple Pay.

You will write and maintain product benefit statements, marketing claims, and messaging frameworks in collaboration with marketing leads, creative partners, and product managers. You will craft messaging strategy across multiple channels and markets, with a focus on marketing effectiveness and user impact.

Description

Write and expand messaging for mid- and lower-funnel channels across multiple channels and contexts
Develop and maintain cohesive content strategies across products and platforms
Manage messaging frameworks to ensure clarity and consistency
Establish standard methodologies for content and message testing and optimization
Partner with marketing leads on brief creation and test definition, and with data sciences leads to incorporate performance takeaways
Conduct regular audits of messaging to find opportunities and improvements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven experience writing marketing copy that drives engagement or conversions

  • Track record of managing content projects from ideation to execution

  • Experience and skill communicating and collaborating with cross-functional teams

  • Background in content strategy or marketing communications

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Enthusiasm for Apple products and services

  • Ability to identify and articulate key messages clearly and succinctly

  • Experience delivering high-quality consumer marketing programs

  • Collaborative, adaptable, and solutions-oriented mentality

  • Familiarity with AI tools and openness to exploring how technology can improve our work
