The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The Travel & Lifestyle Services (TLS) business provides exclusive access, differentiated value, extraordinary service, and unrivaled expertise to premium Card Members seeking leisure or business travel, as well as a variety of lifestyle services. The TLS COE (Center of Excellence) is tasked with uniting the travel and lifestyle benefits and strategic travel partner relationships globally to create structured and focused plans towards advanced Card Member engagement with Amex travel benefits.

The Global Strategic Partnerships and Marketing (GPM) within TLS/American Express Travel brings together the best travel partners in the world to create unparalleled value and unforgettable experiences across the travel journey - and amplifies this to Card Members wherever they are.

The Senior Analyst, Cruise & Custom Vacations Partnerships and Programs will be responsible for supporting the Cruise & Custom Vacations team in growing these verticals, monitoring performance, and bringing offers & campaigns to life. This will be done in partnership with TLS’s marketing teams, partner managers, distribution channels, and cruise and custom vacations partners to optimize the value provided to Card Members and maximize sales. This person will do all of these things with great attention-to-detail, clear communication, excellent organization, and a focus on doing what’s right for our customers, colleagues and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting sales initiatives for preferred cruise & custom vacations partners, including processing customer offers, drafting terms & conditions, performance reporting, and communicating key details to front line travel consultants

  • Providing flawless support of cruise & custom vacations Card Member programs, including compliance adherence, operational execution of benefit fulfillment, and maintenance of key systems and documents

  • Supporting the cruise & custom vacations account managers with reporting, invoicing, complaints monitoring, and partner trainings

  • Acting as a key liaison with cross-functional teams such as compliance, front line servicing, and marketing to represent team needs as we work toward shared goals

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills with an ability to create clarity by removing swirl with stakeholders

  • Comfort managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced and high growth environment where prioritization, organization, and multi-tasking skills are critical

  • Strong quantitative skills that enable the analysis of various data sources and the generation of a data-driven story with actionable insights

  • Ability to build relationships and drive progress among cross-functional teams and external business partners

  • Operationally-adept and a fast-learner

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required

  • Passion for travel, industry experience a plus

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
