Description

The Strategic Planning Lead will be instrumental in translating our People team vision and purpose into tangible goals, actionable workstreams, clear KPIs, and a dynamic People roadmap. You will be the architect of disciplined planning, partnering with key teams to seamlessly stitch our technology roadmap and resource allocation to ensure we are optimized to deliver on our strategic objectives. This role demands a proactive leader who can effortlessly connect People leadership, strategy, and execution, surfacing key insights and driving timely decisions to convert priorities into measurable, impactful outcomes with a collaborative and data-driven approach.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in People strategy, HR leadership, strategy, and operations

  • Experience working with leadership teams to design and drive execution and enablement frameworks for a large, complex function

  • Proven track record of leading strategic planning, OKRs, or portfolio management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate strategy into execution

  • Strong understanding and experience with various strategic planning frameworks (e.g, OKRs, Balanced Scorecard) and project management methodologies.

  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with experience crafting executive-level summaries and recommendations.

  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize data into insights and

  • Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior leaders

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and navigating competing priorities

  • A self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and driving solutions
