Job Description

This position’s primary objectives are to ensure successful and evolution, development, and deployment of the pan-therapeutic SKYRIZI value proposition and provide life-cycle commercialization support to maximize and protect SKYRIZI value.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead development of the SKYRIZI customer narrative platform leveraging clinical and economic data as well as key stakeholder insights. Work with key members of the Immunology Payer Strategy team and cross-functional partners, including Medical Payer Strategy and HEOR, to develop and integrate compelling narrative that aligns to Immunology Strategy and has high-impact with external customers

  • Effectively collaborate with and drive strategic alignment across multiple stakeholders and leadership teams, such as the Market Access Leadership Team, Brand Teams, Account Management teams, MABI, Finance, Government Affairs/Advocacy teams

  • Determine appropriate action, execution, tracking, and monitoring for future evolution of SKYRIZI value proposition

  • Lead or partner on future-focused projects in support of Immunology business trajectory:

  • Provide commercialization support in close partnership with TA Marketing Leads, lead any necessary Pricing assessments to optimize SKYRIZI value across the LRP

  • Evaluation of different formulations or presentations to support opportunity maximization within existing therapeutic areas (e.g., IV in PsA, OBI induction in CD and UC)

  • In partnership with Portfolio Payer Strategy, lead incorporation of pricing decisions into LRP, inclusive of ASP implications

  • Attend governance in support of market access position to inform milestone development and launch decisions; appropriately influence clinical development programs to ensure endpoints and trial design are incorporated that will optimize price, reimbursement, and ultimately patient access

  • Proactively ensure reimbursement perspective is incorporated into early brand plans, disease area strategies, and portfolio strategies throughout key clinical development milestones and strategic commercial decisions

  • Drive cost containment mitigation initiatives across different payer stakeholders, including state-initiated prescription drug affordability boards (PDAB), CMS IRA maximum fair price “negotiations”, and ongoing Payer contracting discussions

Qualifications

Must be local to Mettawa, IL

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.

  • Marketing, Market Access, and Immunology experience preferred

  • Preference for experience with medical benefit (ASP management, buy and bill)

  • Cross-functional experiences including field sales, finance, and/or market analytics valued

  • Positive, solutions-oriented attitude required
