The US Consumer Services (USCS) group is responsible for growing AXP's consumer business worldwide, strengthening our global leadership position in the premium and travel space, and delivering exceptional, differentiated customer experiences.

Within USCS’ Travel & Lifestyle (TLS) team, the Global Lounge Experiences team is a high impact group, responsible for the strategic definition and delivery of the Global Lounge Collection benefit to Amex’s global premium Card Members. The Global Lounge Collection benefit encompasses the Centurion Lounge network and access to network lounges through partnerships (i.e., Delta, Priority Pass) and oversees management of Centurion New York, Amex’s first city lounge in NYC.

The Global Lounge Collection Engagement team drives Card Member engagement for the Lounge benefit, including the Centurion New York (CNY) product strategy, customer experience, and P&L. This Senior Analyst role is responsible for supporting product strategy for CNY, including customer experience, programming strategy and business strategies for digital and marketing. This individual will work closely with the Senior Manager and cross-functional partners to ensure we are delivering a cohesive Centurion New York product narrative and communications through all channels to drive critical product KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all product strategy initiatives, working in close partnership with the Senior Manager and cross-functional partners including Lounge Operations, Centurion Card Product, Servicing, Corporate Affairs and Communications, Marketing, Resy, Lounge Digital Services, Finance and Analytics.

  • Own and manage data and reporting workstreams, including monthly scorecard and reporting package

  • Champion the customer by developing a deep understanding of who they are and how they behave to inform product strategy

  • Work closely with Lounge Operations, Resy and Analytics to build insights to evolve the on-site experience and engagement strategies

  • Support adhoc strategic projects in partnership with Senior Manager to drive and enhance product strategy

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of work experience in a product or partner management role; product marketing experience preferred

  • Strong analytical and financial acumen; ability to interpret data, including financial data, and develop insights and recommendations

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously and consistently deliver high impact work

  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills that enable the ability to drive results, influence and manage expectations across large cross-functional teams and leaders

  • Strong organization, communication and project management skills

  • Ability to adapt in an ever-changing environment and manage several projects at once while maintaining composure

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred

Qualifications

Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually bonus benefits
