Be a part of the B2B growth strategy story at Apple. The Carrier B2B Account Executive is responsible for driving sales and developing mobile business in the B2B sector via the Carrier Sales teams within a particular geography. In this position, you will lead national sales programs that drive scale across the carrier B2B business. You will also work with Carrier Partners and internal resources to drive sales execution of Apple’s iPhone, iPad and/or Watch products through your Carrier Partner.
Description
As a Carrier B2B Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing mutually profitable relationships within the Carrier, B2B customer base, developers and solutions providers when needed to achieve goals. You will ensure that a carrier's B2B sales and technical organization are trained properly on the iOS Mobile Enterprise proposition and deliver a premier customer engagement experience. You will make certain that client issues and/or concerns are addressed and/or raised to appropriate levels. Collaborate with Apple’s direct sales teams and Carrier retail channel, sharing information and coordinating sales activity at carrier level.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partner with our Carrier Sales force to find new and refresh opportunities for mobile technology within the B2B market.
Capture the hearts and minds of our Carrier’s B2B sales teams using training, tools and incentives to promote our iPhone, iPad & Watch sales over competitor products.
Maintain executive relationships in Carrier Sales & Marketing, bringing continued value to influence our partnership forward.
Focus on mobile applications that drive productivity, sales and/or service delivery, enabling Carrier Sellers on how to sell those solutions to customers.
Follow-up on carrier sales leads in order to close the deal with B2B customers from the device/application standpoint.
Connect with appropriate third party developers to find groundbreaking use cases relevant in the B2B market, and influence their offerings internally, with the Carrier and with customers as you are engaged.
Partner with the local sales team on mobile related sales opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications
Approximately 4+ years experience in wireless account management or a related function with experience calling on wireless carriers at the Headquarters level.
Bachelor's degree or similar experience.
You have deep knowledge of the US Carrier business with the ability to maintain senior executive relationships, navigate all layers within carrier organizational structures, and understand their value strategies.
Demonstrated strengths in relationship management, teaming across functions, deal making & negotiations.
Proven sales leadership experience and direct/indirect channel sales focus.
50% travel within region is required.
Demonstrated strength in applying knowledge of carrier market dynamics, consumer offer structures, and business agreements
Strategic agility: demonstrated ability to identify and drive new opportunities
Ability to succeed through ambiguity and get results
Preferred Qualifications
Significant IT technical knowledge to effectively communicate with corporate CIOs and IT departments.
Track record of success and upward mobility within organizations.
Extraordinary communication and presentation skills.
