This results-driven role is responsible for the execution of launching all story-telling content, homepage & brand promotions across cb2.com & the CB2 app. This role works closely with Marketing, Creative, Analytics and Merchandising to execute optimized, on-brand content that tells compelling, unique brand stories & drives sales. Responsibilities include execution & measurement for the online experience for homepage (web & app), promotions, and for all of our unique brand-differentiating programs: private label credit card program (“CBCC”), gift & wedding registry, CB2 interiors design services and trade membership program. They will have the ability to combine a passion for driving sales, an interest & appreciation for strong brand storytelling, and an understanding of user experience to improve the content experience online.
Primary Responsibilities:
Supports the Senior Manager, Digital Experience to plan and execute promotions and marketing campaigns online.
Contributes to the strategy and development of creative site executions of marketing campaigns and initiatives
Partner with Senior Manager, developer, Creative to ensure seamless launch of homepage updates, inclusive of proper linking & QA
Flawless execution of site promotions inclusive of shop paths, sorts, compelling messaging & optimized filters
Flawless execution & proper testing for all content launches
Regular hindsight reporting on promotions performance
Regularly reviews competitive websites to identify new opportunities as it relates to homepage templates/layouts/messaging, promotional tactics & strategies
Supports the Senior Manager, Content & partners with Marketing program owners (of CBCC, Gift Registry, Trade, CB2 Interiors) to ensure inspiring and on-brand experience for each of our brand-differentiating programs
Regularly ideates on new A/B testing opportunities to further improve the experience
Review web metrics to continually tweak campaigns & promotions for best performance
Partner with Marketing & Merchandising to relentlessly maintain a solid understanding of brand priorities and ever-changing product assortments
Regularly analyze customer research & site metrics to better understand customer journeys and identify opportunities to drive conversion.
Provide Site Merchandising partners support with category sort adjustments as needed
Work with Product Management to identify site feature enhancements

Experience Required:
Bachelor degree preferred
A minimum of 2 years experience in eCommerce, marketing, merchandising or content management
Knowledge of HTML and CSS helpful, but not required
Minimum Starting Rate: $59,000.00 Annually
Up to: $78,000.00 Annually
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
