The Sr. Analyst, Partner Guest Marketing as a Service will provide the insights, reporting, and optimization strategies needed to scale demand generation efforts in guest-facing channels promoting venues on network. This role will track performance across campaigns and partners, deliver actionable insights, and support testing strategies to maximize cover growth.
As an integral member of the partner marketing team, you’ll ensure that campaign data is translated into clear recommendations, helping inform strategy and execution for programs that engage guests and deliver value for partners.
What You’ll Do:
Build dashboards and reporting frameworks to track partner campaign performance and guest engagement metrics.
Analyze campaign results across channels (email, paid, in-app, web) to identify optimization opportunities.
Support demand generation initiatives by providing data-driven insights on audience segmentation, timing, and creative performance.
Partner with marketing operations and data teams to ensure accurate attribution and measurement of cover growth.
Develop a way to play back impressions and value exchange back to partners on a quarterly basis at scale, working in close collaborating with the B2B enablement teams.
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to inform and evolve partner marketing strategies.
Provide regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders and partner-facing teams. Support Global Dining / Resy strategic partnerships and sales team to react to partner marketing demands as value exchange.
About You:
2–4 years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign analytics, or business intelligence.
Strong proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Sales Force).
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Experience measuring demand generation or performance marketing campaigns.
Strong problem-solving and data storytelling skills—able to translate insights into clear recommendations.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Passion for hospitality, food, or consumer marketplaces a plus.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $78,000.00 to $124,750.00 annually bonus benefits
