Summary

The Content Design team conceptualizes, crafts, and builds the content experiences for some of Apple’s most visible products, including Apple Music, TV, Maps, News, and more! Your ideas and vision can impact the way people consume media products, what they look and feel like, and how they’re used by millions of people across the globe.

The Content Design team is looking for a Design Process Solutions Architect that is an expert at creating custom solutions that support the workflow of a creative organization. You will track the data and establish processes that provide clear visibility into team capacity, project assignments, and design output. By building trusted relationships with creative and operational leads, you will translate raw data into actionable, strategic insights that ensure our teams, and projects are set up for success.

Description

This role is for a Design Process Solutions Architect who thrives on solving complex workflow challenges within a creative organization.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Deep experience (5+ years) in resource management, production design operations, or creative project coordination within high-volume creative industries.

  • Genuine interest in supporting world-class creative work through operational excellence.

  • Demonstrated expertise in workflow mapping, process optimization, and developing custom solutions for creative organizations.

  • Strong relationship-building skills to effectively collaborate across diverse teams and leadership levels.

  • Proficiency in leveraging data, resource planning tools, and dashboard creation to provide strategic insights.

  • Proven track record of proactively identifying challenges and implementing preventative solutions.

  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and thoughtful in collaborative environments.

  • Ability to clearly communicate complex technical and operational concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with system design principles and the ability to translate user needs into tooling requirements.

  • Experience with specific resource planning and project management tools like Wrike or AirTable
