The Apple Search team is looking for someone with a combination of strong technical skills and a desire to improve the quality of customer features. We’re looking for the right person who can collaborate with other engineers and teams in several technical areas to help improve and standardize best practices, through processes, code and tests.

Description
As a senior member of our triaging team, you will be integral in preparing our products, features platform and UI/UX for release to our users. You will play a huge role in building a team and processes to screen incoming bugs, coordinate solutions and develop tools/scripts/processes to go faster.
You will be the first person to see bugs and take action through deep dives and data analysis to understand what went wrong, how can it be fixed and who can fix it in our internal and collaborative teams.
We need you to spearhead new initiatives to increase throughput and drive efficiencies with direct coordination with our engineering teams through implementation of new tools and frameworks.
In this role, you will gain deep knowledge and experience on different software components across the entire Apple ecosystem while gaining unparalleled insight into how Apple works together to produce incredible products and experiences. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors in Computer Science, equivalent work experience
A minimum of three (or more) years of industry related experience, working in collaborative environments
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with iOS app development
Solid understanding of computer science algorithms, data structures, object-oriented programming and scripting languages (e.g. Python, Javascript, Bash, etc)
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $97,300 and $188,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
