How will you make an impact in this role?

This is an exciting opportunity to be a key contributing member of the Colleague Services (CS) organization within the Colleague Experience Group (CEG). This role will report to the Manager, Retirement Servicing and have a broad range of responsibilities for the servicing and operational aspects of the US health, welfare and retirement benefits programs, including 401(k), defined benefit and nonqualified plans. This includes business as usual processes as well as projects.

This is a fast paced, high-pressure environment and flawless execution is expected. Seeking an experienced service-minded professional. Flexibility and adaptability are critical attributes as business priorities can quickly change.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Support ongoing administration of retirement and health/welfare plan processes, including review and validation of statements, contributions, eligibility, ongoing enrollments, nonqualified distributions, service crediting, vendor files, Work Life programs, etc.

  • Provide support for timely compliance with regulations and quality standards, including annual audits, Form 5500, Summary Plan Descriptions, non-discrimination testing, proxy, and internal control/compliance processes

  • Support annual and ad hoc projects, including annual enrollments for benefits and nonqualified deferred compensation, mergers and acquisitions events, etc.

  • Research and respond to inquiries, escalations and issues from colleagues and business partners

  • Process and track vendor invoices and payments

  • Oversee vendor partners to ensure service quality standards and operational SLAs are met

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Colleague Total Rewards and Well-being (CTRW), Payroll, Legal, and Finance

  • Maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and desk instructions

  • Manage reporting and data analytics requests

  • Project management and execution of key business priorities and initiatives

  • Evaluate and implement process improvements

Qualifications and skills required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in HR operations/servicing and/or benefits administration/operations or related role

  • Proven ability to work on complex projects and tasks independently, and partner with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder (internal and external) expectations

  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong oral and written communications skills

  • Ability to identify process improvements needed to enhance colleague experience and operational efficiency

  • High attention to detail and excellence in execution

  • Enthusiastic self-starter attitude, cooperative team player, adaptable to new or changing circumstances, professional demeanor, sensitive to client needs, self-motivated, creative, and innovative

  • Working knowledge of business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office products, Salesforce, etc.) is helpful

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
