Your mission:
In this role, you will be directly responsible for assisting qualified Business Line of Credit customers. Your primary focus will be building strong customer relationships, guiding business owners through the lending process, and driving activation of the product to increase loan originations.
This role requires engaging with warm leads, conducting consultative conversations to educate and support business owners while ensuring strict adherence to compliance standards.
Success is defined by consistently exceeding quarterly sales targets, achieving daily performance KPIs, and performing effectively in a fast-paced, competitive, and team-oriented environment.
What you'll be doing:
Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales calls to warm leads while effectively managing a book of business
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly sales targets and daily KPIs in a fast-paced, goal driven environment
Maintain strict adherence to compliance standards, ensuring all sales activities align with regulatory and company guidelines
Develop expertise in the SMB landscape, understanding cash flow trends and providing consultative guidance to business owners
Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce) to track customer interactions, sales progress, and follow-up opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the customer and colleague experience
What we're looking for in you:
Growth-Oriented: Motivated to continuously develop both personally and professionally, with a commitment to learning and improving in a dynamic environment
Sales Experience: Proven success in a fast-paced telephone sales environment making a high number of outbound calls daily (2 years preferred)
Compliance-Minded: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and commitment to ethical sales practices
Communication Skills: Capability to address customer concerns and offer effective solutions with strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business owners
Technology Proficient: Skilled in using online tools CRM Platforms (Salesforce preferred)
Financial Knowledge (preferred): Familiarity with business credit, lending, or banking products
Qualifications
Salary Range: $29.21 to $48.32 hourly sales incentive benefits
