The Marcom Interactive Experiences team designs the digital shopping experience for Apple Retail. We're a collaborative team that believes in balancing strategic thinking with meticulous detail to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Description

The Interactive Producer collaborates with cross-functional teams to help drive the execution of engaging and innovative digital experiences on apple.com and within the Apple Store App, managing projects from concept to launch. This role will champion creativity, simplicity, innovation, and quality while delivering work on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for interactive digital experiences, from creating timelines and tracking deliverables to proactively monitoring project health, mitigating risks, and providing regular stakeholder updates.

  • Drive team focus and efficiency by defining clear daily and weekly priorities, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring accountability by tracking action items from all meetings and reviews.

  • Oversee critical workflow processes, including the maintenance of organized digital asset libraries and the seamless handoff of design specifications from creative to development teams.

  • Ensure post-launch quality by coordinating design support to address bugs and optimize the user experience based on QA and build feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience project managing complex deliverables by creating project plans, managing budgets, communicating progress/status, and meeting deadlines.

  • Close collaboration with creative teams, actively contributing to and representing their work to business partners.

  • Experience in marketing and developing digital experiences across platforms, with proficiency in current internet technologies.

  • Experience capturing and communicating detailed meeting and review notes as well as driving accountability for action items.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent written and verbal communicator with great interpersonal, negotiation and presentation skills.

  • Demonstrated track record of leadership at a project delivery level: excellent project and time management skills to deliver digital experiences in ambiguous and dynamic environments under tight deadlines.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with an ability to collaborate closely with other teams to solve problems and bring polished experiences to life.

  • Strategic thinker within projects with an ability to spot and mitigate risks ahead of time and to work flexibly to find solutions to unexpected challenges.

  • Committed to excellence with outstanding attention to creative and operational details of digital experience design efforts.

  • Posses deep understanding of visual design, web development processes and user experience principles.

  • Knowledge and understanding of data analytics and how to apply them in digital experience design projects.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $117,400 and $176,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
