Summary
We are seeking an extraordinary and driven Hardware Systems Manager to lead the development and deployment of hardware characterization efforts. These crucial systems will validate the coexistence performance of unreleased Apple products, directly defining how our core hardware components are calibrated, tested, and manufactured.

Description
Lead, mentor, and challenge a team of highly skilled hardware engineers in the creation and deployment of state-of-the-art customized test systems
Drive the validation of coexistence performance for the future generation of Apple Hardware
Develop comprehensive hardware characterization frameworks and define rigorous test cases
Manage project schedules, track progress, and report effectively to executive leadership
Recruit, hire, and foster the professional development of team members
Ensure the delivery of robust, functional systems that directly impact product quality and manufacturing processes
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or related field
5+ years of direct, practical experience in hardware engineering
Minimum of 3 years demonstrating effective engineering people management or team leadership
Profound experience in the failure analysis, functional verification, and debugging of intricate electronic hardware system
Proven track record of leading teams through the full lifecycle of developing and deploying automated test and measurement systems for complex hardware
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in electrical or computer engineering or related field
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication abilities
Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment, demonstrating exceptional adaptability to evolving requirements, shifting priorities, and unforeseen technical challenges
