The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.

We are looking for a Studio Tools Lead who will be pivotal in driving technological innovation and ensuring operational excellence within the REMM photography studio. This role will be responsible for strategically identifying, evaluating, and integrating emerging technologies to enhance creative quality and efficiency, while also developing and executing a comprehensive technology roadmap. The role will also maintain existing equipment and tools within the photography studio and be the point of contact for requesting and troubleshooting equipment. The Studio Tools Lead will partner closely with other functional teams to find holistic ways to innovate across creative production.
Description
Provide expert technical support for all studio equipment and managing the entire lifecycle of studio assets from procurement and maintenance to inventory tracking to ensure seamless and ground breaking operations.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience in a technical role within a commercial photography studio or similar high volume content production environment.
Expert level proficiency with professional camera systems, lighting equipment and capture software.
Preferred Qualifications
Deep passion for the intersection of creativity and technology.
Demonstrated desire to research, evaluate and implement new tools.
Experience with scripting and AI-powered creative tools.
Experience with CG.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
Exceptional troubleshooting and problem solving abilities.
Thrives in a team environment.
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
