Summary

We are looking for a Semiconductor Process Engineer to join our team.

Description

This is a full-time position developing and maintaining semiconductor processes (etch, thin films, lithography, bonding, CMP) in a semiconductor fabrication facility.

Minimum Qualifications

• BS and a minimum of 3 years relevant industry experience

• Experience with Cleanroom fab environment & Protocols

• Experience in Design of Experiments (DOE) methodology

• Ability to generate, analyze and interpret data

Preferred Qualifications

• MS with 5+ years or PhD with 3+ years in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or related field

• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience of semiconductor process equipment such as photolithography, dry and wet etch, thin film deposition, bonding, dicing and CMP

• Experience with failure analysis characterization techniques like SEM, XRD etc

• Experience with data analysis tools and principles of statistically designed experiments (JMP, Matlab, Python etc)

• Experience in optoelectronics, III-V semiconductor devices and materials

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
