Job Description

The incumbent in this position is responsible for managing a portfolio of global key existing customers across the Americas Region, using the suite of products available from the International Card Services organization and offering Global Dollar Card solutions.

The person is responsible for building and converting a healthy sales pipeline in line with the business plan. Overall, responsible of client’s management and retention, sales strategy execution, results delivery, issue resolution and any other customer facing activity. Must be able to successfully balance customer satisfaction and business growth. Direct and control activities of cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage a portfolio of Global clients in a compliant and professional manner

  • Develop and strengthen relationships at all levels of client organization

  • Build and leverage relationships with key players within T&E and B2B space

  • Build and manage an effective sales pipeline following operational principals.

  • Management and tracking of sales activities and interactions with clients in Salesforce

  • Identify and implement growth opportunities with clients and learn through experience from other colleagues

  • Build and leverage an excellent relationship with Global and Regional account management teams

  • Support the program expansion with new subsidiaries where clients have presence across the region to maximize footprint penetration

  • Understand regional strategic (opportunities, threats) and tactical (e.g, risk, contract, fees) aspects of accounts in portfolio.

  • Provide consultancy and act as the main liaison between the client and the Amex organization to ensure a smooth operation of the corporate program

  • Ensure the correct implementation of the Amex program according to the client needs and requests

Qualifications :

  • Extensive (5 years) experience in commercial payment solutions. Having knowledge of Global Dollar Card solutions would be beneficial.

  • Executive Presence and Growth Mindset.

  • Solid leadership behaviors and strategic thinking ability.

  • Negotiation skills at C-Level in corporate business and experience working with Global/Multinational customers.

  • Demonstrate effective oral and written presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external partners.

  • Pipeline management experience.

  • Effectiveness in establishing relationships with cross-functional areas.

  • Develop and strengthen relationships at all levels of client organization.

  • Proven Consultative Selling ability.

  • Financial & Business Knowledge.

  • Business level fluency in both English and Spanish (written and oral).

Qualifications

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually bonus benefits
