Description

The People Business Partner (PBP) Enablement Planning Lead is responsible for the day-to-day design, execution, reporting, and insights behind the PBP planning and management system. Working closely with the PBP Enablement Leader, Finance, Analytics, and People Leadership Team (PLT) PBP leaders, this role turns data into clear materials and insights that help leaders make informed decisions.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6–8+ years of experience in HR Analytics, Workforce Planning, and People Strategy.

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience building workforce, capacity, or resource models using Excel or Tableau

  • Experience supporting senior HR leadership through structured planning, analytics, and decision support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience facilitating leadership meetings or planning forums.

  • Ability to translate complex data into concise, executive-level narratives and recommendations.

  • Strong planning, organization, and synthesis skills.

  • Comfort operating across ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving business needs.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
