The worldwide Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.

The Visual Merchandising Producer team manages the end-to-end process for product signage & graphics, window decals & displays, product presentation elements, and accessory experiences.

As part of the team, you would focus primarily on 3D elements for product presentation, both on tabletop and in the accessory walls.

The VM 3D Producer manages the process beginning with budget planning, strategy creation, and briefing creative teams. It continues through development & prototyping with cross functional partners and external vendors, and ends with flawless execution with field & store teams. The result is an unparalleled customer experience in Apple Retail Stores worldwide, both for customers and employees.

Description

Act as a point of expertise, integration, and accountability to enable the most innovative display designs in market. Support our merchandising strategy through the creation, development, and in-store implementation of 3D visual elements across all Apple Retail stores ensuring worldwide feasibility through a deep understanding of our customer journey, store operations, and unique store requirements.

Manage and drive planning and execution of large, complex, and strategically significant cross-functional initiatives.

Understand Retail’s strategy and engage in conceptualization and planning of initiatives to shape their execution.

Lead partnership and create efficiencies with existing processes, improving implementation in stores, as well as cross-functional work streams across Retail and Apple, Inc. including Product Marketing, Industrial Design, Product Design, Marketing, Digital Merchandising, Marcom, Customer Insights, and Store Operations.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, industrial and product design teams and production vendors.

  • Supply chain management, vendor management or creative/product development experience.

  • 7+ years prior merchandising, production, product development, or project management experience required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in strategy, project management, process development, problem solving and innovation management.

  • Ability to identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies, and programmatic issues quickly and efficiently.

  • Self-motivated and independent, comfortable working during intense periods under tight deadlines.

  • Experience presenting in formal and informal settings and adept to flex across various audiences and levels of the organization.

  • Proven track record to establish rapport, credibility, and to influence others to drive results.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.

  • Strong visual aesthetic, design, and presentation skills. Excel and Keynote proficiency required.

  • Experience in fixture, element, or equipment design, or manufacturing/process optimization a plus.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $115,100 and $216,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
