Description

APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas. Drive process improvements, systems enhancements, financial models, operational benchmarks, detailed reporting and analytical packages in collaboration with Order-to-Cash teams globally. Analyze current and historical financial data to assess company strengths and weaknesses. Drive operational, financial, and system continuity and consistency for critical Credit, Collections and Cash Application complex processes. Develop creative end to end solutions to solve complex business problems ranging from reporting and analytical packages to predictive models such as credit risk management solutions for terms customers. Use Order to cash system (SAP, Data tools, etc.) and process expertise to drive system automation, process improvements, and reporting of global operational metrics. Build and maintain cross-geography relationships and support new geography expansion in order to align and implement standard processes and systemic solutions. Ensure that processes are sustainable, scalable, and produce accurate results by partnering with Information Systems and Technology, Finance, and Project Management groups. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, including, but not limited to, geo-expansion, SAP S4 HANA FSCM architecture review, SOX documentation, standardization of processes across regions, systems, and complex calculations. 40 hours/week.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Management Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration or related field, and 7 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

  • 7 years of experience with each of the following skills is required:

  • Performing Data Analysis on large data sets.

  • Using Tableau and various programming languages such as SQL for data query and summarization

  • Using knowledge of order to cash tools and process for management credit and collections

  • Designing, developing and implementing solutions for Credit, Collections and Cash Application functions

  • Conducting System Prototyping, Analysis and Simulation for future strategic initiatives including return on investment (ROI) for project proposals

  • Performing Requirement Analysis and System Development Methodologies for automation and scaling using robotic process automation (RPA) technology

  • Performing project lifecycle management for complex projects

  • Using SAP and other financial and credit monitoring systems to enhance the order to cash processes

  • Applying Omnigraffle and MS Visio - Flowcharting Techniques

  • Using Tableau, SQL, and other Reporting Capabilities, including metrics and issue monitoring
