The Human Interface Design Team is seeking a seasoned recruiter who brings a deep sense of hospitality to the hiring experience. We are a close-knit team from diverse backgrounds who treat talent research as a creative, collaborative, and human-centered practice—an extension of the design process. This role is based in Cupertino and requires a high degree of attention to detail and care in every interaction
Description
In this role, you’ll create a white-glove candidate experience while acting as a strategic partner to our design team. Responsibilities include:
Conducting thoughtful research and sourcing for design and technical talent
Leading screening conversations and in-person interviews with warmth and precision
Managing the full candidate journey—from first outreach through offer negotiations—with care and discretion
Hosting candidates and guests with a hospitality mindset: planning interview days, attending dinners and offsites
Maintaining and expanding a global network of creative professionals and design leaders, with a strong focus on building inclusive and diverse pipelines
Representing the team externally through industry events, portfolio reviews, and tailored outreach
Creating and presenting keynotes, leading design-led review conversations
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
10+ Years proven ability to source and hire top design candidates

Experience working in high-touch, hospitality-forward environments
Intellectually curious with a refined, research-driven approach to uncovering exceptional talent
An acute attention to nuance and detail
Comfortable balancing administrative, logistical, and strategic tasks

Proven ability to consistently deliver and exceed expectations
Self-directed yet collaborative—comfortable taking initiative and supporting others

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $201,100 and $302,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
