The Worldwide Events team is seeking an Associate Producer for Keynote event production, filming, and stage shows.

Description

The Associate Producer, Keynote will take the lead on production management for keynote productions, filming, live stage shows, and other high-profile events, focusing on logistics and technical production. You will lead secondary production units for filming and stage shows in partnership with the lead producing team. As an Associate Producer for Keynote you will coordinate with internal and external resources on production plans, logistics, production schedules, staffing, and communicate the needs to the team.
Additionally, this role will directly manage crew and equipment - booking, production diagrams and drawings, crew call sheets, travel, trucking, and direct payroll and budgeting in coordination with our internal teams, as well as being the lead point-of-contact for direct equipment vendors.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience as a Production Manager or similar in broadcast events and/or the filming production space, coordinating projects and processes across cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in production logistics, crewing, budgeting, and scheduling.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Outstanding process management, planning, and organizational skills.

  • Excels in efficient communication, collaboration, and coordination of plans to a wide variety of production teams, departments, and partners.

  • Experience tracking budgets and finances with production and production vendors.

  • Proficiency in Production Budget Tools - Movie Magic Budgeting, Cinapse, Numbers, Excel, etc.

  • Proficiency in computer drafting software for production drawings, diagrams, etc.

  • Ability to process and distill fast-paced scenarios to effectively troubleshoot and tackle production-related problems.

  • Passionate about driving numerous, multi-step production workflows without compromising quality

  • Flexible and prepared for pivots to the schedule, including last-minute adjustments and working early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
