Apple is looking for an attorney to support the Apple Financial Services team, which offers leasing and financing solutions for Apple products to educational institutions and businesses.

Description

We’re looking for a business-oriented lawyer with financial services and technology experience who is confident providing guidance on commercial leasing and financing transactions and related regulatory matters. You must have the ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment and effectively partner with global sales, finance, and product teams.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience working in financial services and technology

  • Experience structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial leasing and financing agreements both with customers and between original equipment manufacturers and finance companies

  • Understanding of equipment finance industry in the US and Europe

  • Ability to clearly and effectively advise business partners on financial services regulations and commercial matters

  • Practical business judgment and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills

  • High degree of comfort with workplace technology, including project management and collaboration tools and applications

  • JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar

Preferred Qualifications

  • Captive finance experience

  • Ability to learn quickly and support new projects and initiatives

  • Strong work ethic and interpersonal and project management skills

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional group

  • Experience working with an international team
