Apple seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager to build a CapEx budget, seek management approval, source, deliver, and track Fixtures and CapEx to AppleCare sites globally. Our team develops and implements CapEx sourcing strategies, collaborating with suppliers, OEMs, Engineering, Readiness, Finance, etc. Strong program management, organizational, negotiation, and analytical skills are required to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Description

Building an overall program budget with cross-functional teams
Constantly seeking opportunities to lower CapEx spend
Tracking the program schedule, issuing POs, and driving vendor for on-time delivery
Automating roles using technology and data analytical skills
Tracking CapEx delivered and spend to ensure budget adherence
In-depth understanding of operations and manufacturing processes for budget compilation
Driving cross-functional teams to reach consensus

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain and sourcing with overseas vendors

  • Ability to work independently and manage time/priorities to meet project goals

  • Strong work ethic, flexibility, data analytical skills

  • Project management experience on large cross-functional projects.

  • Experience in automating manual tasks like budget tracking and generation using technology and systems.

  • MBA or Master in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field

Preferred Qualifications

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $128,400 and $236,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
