Description
Display EPMs must be fearless organizers. This position demands technical strengths in many areas, including optical, mechanical, electrical, and manufacturing. Major responsibilities include defining project plans and schedules as well as drive project execution. Lead internal and external cross-functional teams in engineering and validation activities. Ensure tight inter-team coordination and communication. Strong presentation and communication skills required. Understand and communicate complex, technical engineering issues. Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications
BS degree in Material Science and Engineering
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong engineering or technical background.
Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience.
Self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
You must be able to fit well with a team, understand capabilities and priorities while fostering a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with usage of AI tools for work-flow and automation of tasks
