How will you make an impact in this role?

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of complex product initiatives across multiple squads or workstreams.

  • Partner with Product and Engineering leads to shape delivery plans aligned to business goals, customer impact, and regulatory milestones

  • Translate product roadmaps into detailed execution plans, ensuring cross-team alignment on scope, timelines, and outcomes

  • Manage interdependencies across product domains and facilitate resolution of delivery risks, issues, and blockers

  • Ensure compliance with internal governance frameworks, change control, and delivery readiness reviews

  • Collaborate with Finance and Portfolio teams on forecasting, investment planning, and funding alignment

  • Support preparation for planning cycles and leadership reviews

  • Serve as a trusted partner to Product Owners, Engineering Leaders, Risk & Compliance, and Portfolio Management

  • Anticipate stakeholder needs, drive transparency, and lead through influence across diverse audiences.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • Experience in project/program management, ideally in digital product or enterprise tech environments.

  • Deep understanding of Agile/SAFe delivery frameworks and product development lifecycle

  • Experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with multiple dependencies and stakeholders

  • Proven ability to lead delivery while managing financials, risks, and change.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong delivery mindset with the ability to bridge strategic intent and operational execution

  • Expertise in Agile/SAFe planning, PI facilitation, and epic/feature tracking

  • Financial fluency—ability to manage forecasts, funding, and investment reporting with confidence

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; able to influence across levels and functions.

  • Proficiency with delivery and reporting tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Rally, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.

  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in complex environments.

  • Strong organizational awareness and ability to work across product, tech, compliance, and finance teams.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $60,000.00 to $110,000.00 annually bonus benefits
