  • Partner with stakeholders to shape use cases, KPIs, and decision frameworks, translating business needs into prioritized, enterprise-ready solutions across data warehousing, semantic layers, and BI platforms.

  • Establish and drive data governance and compliance standards, ensuring clarity in data definitions, ownership, quality, and adherence to privacy, security, and regulatory requirements.

  • Define the target-state operating model and roadmap for reporting and analytics, balancing self-service and governed capabilities while driving measurable outcomes such as improved data quality, faster time-to-insight, and reduced manual effort.

  • Act as a strategic bridge across business, product, and technology teams, influencing senior stakeholders, driving alignment, and leading change management to accelerate adoption and maximize platform value.

  • Drive operational excellence by monitoring platform usage, optimizing reporting ecosystems, and continuously enhancing efficiency, scalability, and user experience.

  • Identify and enable opportunities to leverage AI/GenAI for automated insights, natural language access to data, and proactive decision support

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to define and operationalize KPIs, metrics, and enterprise data strategies.

  • Hands-on experience with data governance frameworks (data definitions, lineage, quality, stewardship).

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence senior leadership.

  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and documentation skills.
