Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Create iterative content for A/B tests using our content creation platform by leveraging existing content, cloning the existing content, and building test and learn content to improve our engagement rates

  • Share digital content testing ideas with marketing to gain alignment prior to submitting for review

  • Partner with the appropriate creative agency when any design files need updating

  • Route content that have been created through the Material Review Process to gain approval before activation. This includes serving as Project originator for review process and functional testing in highly regulated environment.

  • Maintain content inventory (templates and modules) for brands you’re supporting

  • Provide content creation tool and/or process enhancement ideas to the product owners to inform the capability roadmaps

  • Escalate content tool platform issues to the Product Owners

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Masters degree in graphic design, Business or Marketing required.

  • Must be enrolled in university the semester following your internship and graduate within a 1-year post internship.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrated analytical skills within school or prior work experience.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience within school organization or prior job experience.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate with both business and technical individuals effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with content creation and/or marketing automation platforms such as Stensul, Knak, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • Digital marketing or interactive agency experience is a plus.

  • Ability to think strategically with a strong ability to execute and exceed stakeholder expectations and project goals.

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher.
