  • Defining and driving the process and tools to ensure high-quality project execution, minimal design escapes, and robust landmark completion (design freeze, tapeout, etc.) Collecting and integrating takeaways and improvements.

  • Preparing weekly status slides working with functional teams and tracking and closing action items using internal or industry-standard tools

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS + 10 years of relevant experience or MS + 8 years of relevant experience

  • Meaningful experience in technical leadership and/or project management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of chip design flow

  • Technical depth in one or more areas (architecture, logic design, verification, power/performance, physical design)

  • Equally comfortable in big-picture strategy and deep technical discussions, ability to foresee project level issues and challenges and highlight those

  • Exposure working across multiple sites and multi-functionally throughout the entire organization

  • Exposure leading critical cross functional discussions, building trust and leading through influence

  • Proven experience navigating tough situations, balancing priorities and managing constraints while running sophisticated, fast-paced, programs
