Summary

We develop and manage Apple’s global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world.
We are seeking a highly motivated, collaborative and experienced professional to join our team as a Facilities Moves, Adds and Changes (MAC) Supervisor to coordinate and oversee activities across the campuses in a consistent and safe manner to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Description
The Facilities MAC Supervisor coordinates and oversees furniture moves, workspace reconfigurations, and campus events across Apple facilities. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in workplace coordination, vendor management, and team supervision. This hands-on leader will both supervise staff and manage operational procedures while ensuring alignment with business partner needs. Proficiency with relevant software applications and a passion for exceptional workplace experience are essential.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a fast-paced Moving, Adds and Changes team or similar environment.
2+ years of experience as a team supervisor with in-house staff or vendor partners.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Thinks critically and creatively about how to regularly improve process and operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
Demonstrated collaboration skills and adaptability in ambiguous situations.

Strong planning, analytical, organization and problem-solving skills.
Experience working and communicating with all levels of an organization.
