QUALIFICATIONS

Additional Information:

Operations Team Lead Responsibilities:

Manage ETL NEx time through E-time system including weekly approvals, adjustments/exception forms, delegations, monitoring overtime compliance and schedule changes.

Manage ETL Technical Time Tracking (T3) compliance and adjustments.

Assist team managers with NEx work plan maintenance and execution based on ‘SMART’ objectives.  This includes but is not limited to work plan development/upkeep, facilitating monthly 1:1 meeting, mid-year performance review preparation, year-end performance review preparation.   

Assist team manager with real time NEx feedback both positive and constructive.  Coach team members in real time peer-peer feedback.

Responsible for managing individual NEx development and training plans per team needs. 

Assist with all Safety investigations that occur in our engine test lab.  Responsible for investigations and improvements being carried through completion.

Ensure process documentation, safety and/or quality procedures are up to date and being used.  Internal auditing of responsible parties where applicable. 

 

Administrative Responsibilities:

Compiling and communicating team Key Process Indicators (KPI) and goals.

Assisting in Global Technical Operation (GTO) initiative compliance.

Responsible for test cell Multi-State Utilization (MSU) monitor quality, compliance and reporting.

Maintaining and communicating ETL test cell and build area schedules.

Administrator for test and build area customer request system process and training when applicable. 

Responsible for processing Purchase Orders (POs) and team credit card orders.

Responsible for ETL process documentation and evolving the team towards ISO9001 compliance.

Maximo Preventative Maintenance (PM) compliance and expansion.

Corrective action facilitation and tracking.

Gage calibration and recall team compliance oversight.

 

Commitment Details:    

Daily core hours for this position are Monday through Friday *8:00AM to 3:00PM. * The remaining time to achieve the 40-hour weekly minimum will be flexible. Must be willing to work overtime, or flex time as necessary, to meet team commitments.  Employee should expect to remain in their role for a minimum of 24 months to fully benefit from development opportunities and contribute back to the business through sustained performance in the assignment. Employees and managers are expected to use sound judgment and open conversation regarding move timing to balance the needs of the employee and the business. Requires at least two years leadership experience (ie CTL, Quality Rep, Safety Rep, etc., or other management/ Leadership role).

 

Education: Candidates must have a HS Diploma or equivalent. This role will require college course work that must be completed within 12 months of start in role.

Individuals must maintain a C average or above.

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
