The Technology Portfolio Transformation team is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Senior Manager, Program Management to support the Strategic Workforce Planning organization. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of enterprise tools that empower workforce data management, analytics, and planning capabilities across the company. The successful candidate will have the opportunity on a wide range of initiatives and portfolio transformation tasks to ensure that partners are informed and brought along on the journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and own the product strategy for enterprise workforce planning and data management tools, ensuring alignment with AXP’s broader Technology and SWP transformation goals.

  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management—from ideation and roadmap development to delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement.

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (SWP, CEG, Finance, and Technology teams) to define and prioritize business requirements and ensure alignment with strategic workforce planning needs.

  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize workforce planning, capacity management, and forecasting processes through enhanced automation and analytics.

  • Establish governance frameworks and best practices to ensure data quality, consistency, and scalability across all workforce systems and tools.

  • Manage enterprise tool integrations across systems

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree (MBA or MS in Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field) preferred.

  • 8 years of experience in product management, strategy, or enterprise tool development within technology, HR, or finance domains.

  • Proven success leading enterprise-scale digital platforms

  • Strong understanding of workforce data architecture, analytics, and governance frameworks.

  • Experience with strategic workforce planning, capacity modeling, or organizational design processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions and measurable business outcomes.

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a record of cross-functional leadership.

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking, with the ability to derive insights from data and drive actionable decisions.

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, comfortable presenting to senior leadership.

  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and modern product management practices.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
