How will you make an impact in this role?

The Global Personalization Solutions team within ECMX (Enterprise Comms and MarTech Experiences) at American Express is responsible for empowering internal marketing teams to effectively leverage Card Member targeting capabilities to personalize relevant and valuable offers on AmericanExpress.com. The team is responsible for managing and streamlining the processes required to launch these campaigns, as well as consulting and sharing best practices with marketing teams to improve campaign performance.

This role provides a great opportunity to work in an exciting and growing area of digital marketing in American Express.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage global day-to-day operations for the Personalization marketing channel

  • Ensure flawless execution and launch of marketing content on AmericanExpress.com

  • Communicate daily with internal marketing teams, as their operational expert

  • Provide support to marketing partners by leading consultation, communications and resolution of general inquiries for the US and 19 international markets

  • Perform thorough QA checks on creative and targeting

  • Troubleshoot marketing content tech issues, working with internal teams as necessary

  • Identify opportunities to streamline the offer submission process

  • Partner closely with the americanexpress.com product and marketing teams to influence the development of new digital marketing capabilities and experiences

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or 2 years of work experience

  • Minimum Experience Requirement: 6 months of experience

  • Customer focused – previous experience in managing customer-facing content

  • 2 years in campaign management, optimization, and/or digital ad ops and experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills (attention to detail, handling multiple priorities, managing tight timelines) are critical

  • Comfortable interacting equally with both marketing and technology partners

  • Experience with third party ad servers (DFP, DSM, Live Intent, Sizmek, Salesforce DMP, Sales Manager or similar platforms) a plus

  • Knowledge of HTML, Javascript, and CSS is helpful, but not required

  • Passion for technology with a persistent desire to learn and grow professionally

  • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, sense of humor, and a strong willingness to collaborate are a must

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
