Join the Agent Systems team within the Apple Intelligence Platform. We focus on developing core platform capabilities that enable teams to develop intelligent, context-aware, and personalized user experiences powered by Generative AI. Our team researches, develops, and deploys agent systems and infrastructure that enable advanced AI interactions across Apple products.

Description

As a member of this premier team, you will work on the intersection of Machine Learning and Software Engineering with an emphasis on recent developments in Generative AI. You will focus on designing, building, and deploying scalable agent systems that understand your context and personal knowledge. You will collaborate closely with several engineering teams at Apple to power exciting Apple Intelligence features and ship them to our customers!

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience writing production software (Swift, C/C++, Obj-C, Python)

• Strong fundamentals in Machine Learning and Software Engineering

• B.S, M.S. or PhD in Computer Science or a related field

• 3+ years experience in relevant roles

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks and tool protocols (e.g. Agent Development Kit, Model Context Protocol)

• Hands-on experience with building Generative AI inference stacks

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
