How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
Lead a team of professionals that provide direction on information security processes, controls, compliance, consulting, and information security risk management with a focus on data protection.
Oversee the prescription of data protection solutions that are provided to partner teams for data risk reduction.
Evaluate and identify data risk areas that require team involvement.
Establish and continue key partnerships across Enterprise Technology Services (TRIS, EA, EDO, etc.) and other engaged organizations (GCO, GPO, GRC, etc.).
Oversee the EDPP inventory for accuracy and completeness for tracking of all data protection initiatives across applications, including status and details.
Maintain and monitor risk documentation, data protection standards and policies, and exceptions management for the data security domain.
Develop plans and strategies for data security tools, processes, and programs.
Understand and respond to changes in the regulatory environment and assist other organizations in doing the same.
Make strategic recommendations to enhance information security, including processes, procedures, governance approaches, and compliance.
Manage Encryption Export as the Encryption Compliance Coordinator.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 8 years Information Technology experience with related cybersecurity contributions.
At least 5 years of experience with data protection technologies, principles, and practices.
Extensive knowledge of data protection principles and technical solutions (encryption, tokenization, masking, hashing, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication for technical and business concepts.
Strong organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proven ability to build relationships with key partner collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous Information Security or cybersecurity related role.
Risk assessment and risk management process experience.
Experience with established industry Information Security best practices.
Understanding of data protection laws and regulations - including in other countries.
Experience in payments industry technology and processes.
Certifications in Information Security disciplines.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $144,250.00 to $256,250.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
