As a Program Manager for Release Management and Governance, you will own the operating model that keeps a multi-work-stream Salesforce program running as one coherent whole. You will set the standards, run the rhythms, manage the dependencies, and give leadership the visibility they need to make fast, confident decisions — from design through to technical deployment. You will be responsible for driving alignment at every level, from executive steering committees to detailed sprint reviews. You will bring structure without the burden of bureaucracy, operating with the understanding that the best program management is seamless and invisible.

Description

In this role, you will:

design, development, testing, and technical deployment.

  • Define and enforce release milestones, program cadences, and delivery standards across all project teams.

  • Map and manage cross work-stream dependencies, ensuring integration points are identified, tracked, and coordinated before they become issues.

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks, escalating clearly and early when leadership input is needed.

  • Establish and maintain the program governance framework, including RAID logs, status reporting standards, decision-making processes, and tooling.

  • Create executive dashboards and program health reports that give leadership a clear, accurate picture at all times.

  • Administer internal tools and processes to drive consistency across all work-streams.

  • Conduct program retrospectives and ensure lessons learned are captured and applied.

  • Leverage AI and other tools to improve planning, reporting, and delivery efficiency across the PMO.

  • Drive process innovation across the program by identifying inefficiencies, reducing complexity, and building for scale.

  • Mentor project managers and team leads, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with a continuous process improvement mindset, including the ability to use data to tell a compelling story, drive root cause analysis, and extract actionable insights

  • Strong collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and multi-directional partners

  • Forward-thinking approach and tenacity to anticipate risks prior to escalation and proactively drive towards a solution

  • Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions
