The People Services and Technology team is seeking an experienced process professional to partner with our People team in designing global processes that will drive operational excellence within the organization.
The ideal candidate will have HR functional experience, is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt design across cross-functional, complex organizational needs.
This individual should also have strong facilitation, analytical and project management skills. Candidates must be willing to work at both a very detailed and strategic level.
Description
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with business partners to design new or re-engineer existing People org processes
Lead process validation sessions with cross-functional partners
Present design outcomes and recommendations to leaders and key stakeholders for consensus and final sign-off
Create and maintain detailed process maps and design documentation
Monitor qualitative and quantitative process health, risk and performance metrics to help identify process improvement opportunities
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role
3+ years of HR process design and project management experience
Experience leading and facilitating global process design workshops
Maintain a level of constant and effective communication with subject matter expertise in a variety of business, functional and technology areas
Ability to use data and analysis to drive process improvement
Act as a liaison between the Business and technology partners to ensure business objectives will be achieved with proposed technology solutions
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred Qualifications
Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile certifications) or HR management (e.g., SHRM, PHR/SPHR)
Experience evaluating solution options
Familiarity with HR analytics and reporting tools for measuring HR performance
Ability to collaborate with team members in a virtual setting
