Here on the Apple Store Online team, we are responsible for Apple’s largest store. Our main goal is to deliver a magical, personal digital experience where customers can shop, buy and learn everything Apple, wherever they are. Each customer should feel like they are our only customer and our job is to set the bar for the experience they receive. To run such an extraordinary store, it takes extraordinary people, and we are looking for someone to help us do extraordinary things.
Play a pivotal role in crafting and driving the strategic plans for key customer cohorts including Education, Small and Medium-sized Businesses, and Refurbished. You will define key problem statements, identify opportunities, and recommend revenue-driving initiatives based on market analysis and insights.
Description
As the WW Commercial Manager for Retail Segments, you will lead the development and execution of commercial growths plan for Apple Retail. Success in this position requires in depth market analysis, strategic thinking, strong collaboration across teams, and the ability to translate insights into innovative growth initiatives and results.
Minimum Qualifications
7-10 years of experience with expert knowledge of the Retail industry, Commerce, Consulting, and/or Financial Services.
Proven cross-functional leadership experience, Strong track record of driving initiatives from concept to execution.
Proven track record in strategy or commercial development functions, successfully developing and leading business initiatives that address clear long-term objectives.
Self-starter with strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications
A strong leader with sound judgment, capable of building consensus around solutions and possessing exceptional communication skills that resonate at all levels of the organization.
Ability to craft compelling presentations that influence leadership effectively through storytelling.
Proven track record prioritizing, planning, and successfully executing strategies, programs, and projects.
Skilled at positively influencing individuals across all functional areas, building relationships, and serving as a key point of contact and subject matter expert.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and operate effectively at both strategic and tactical levels.
