Description
As a Customer Success Associate I (CSA), you will deliver exceptional support to our Earthwise custom reusable bag customers. Your primary focus will be building long-term relationships with retailer customers and supporting them from order placement through delivery. You will collaborate with the Outside Sales Team to provide inside sales support, manage project workflow for customer purchase orders, and provide market and customer insights on product assortments. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to enhance services and products. In this role, you will ensure operational support to meet SLAs by onboarding new customers and locations, entering and executing purchase orders, tracking orders and deliveries, and resolving any issues. You will maintain strong relationships with sales, warehouse, accounting, and vendors to support customer needs.
This role is onsite, day shift, M-F in our Glendale, CA Earthwise office.
Responsibilities:
Support Account Set up: welcome letter and credit check.
Manage customer product profile and internal file maintenance (AS400).
Support Sales in order receipt and processing; manage customer portals/applications and ensure data accuracy.
Accurately enter customer PO and confirm delivery, quantity, warehouse location, and costs.
Ensure customer product file (Tech Pack) has been approved by cross-functional team.
Submit requests for factory purchase orders.
Track production to ensure customer delivery is on time for all open orders.
Supports open sales inquiries by tracking email correspondence as shared by sales team.
Send customer samples; prepare detail summary including photos, and track delivery.
Supports Sales through Earthwise website and general inquiry portals.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
2+ years inside sales supporting administrative, project and product services to internal or external customers.
Experience in AS400 preferred.
Strong user level proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven time management skills.
Ability to provide solutions to complex order inquiries.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Earthwise California salary range: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour based on experience, education, and geographic location.
