Description
As an iPhone Validation EPS, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of our hardware validation cycle. You will lead material procurement, prototype allocation, vendor management, and build readiness activities. You will collaborate with brilliant technical minds to define and successfully build prototype configurations, as well as assist in driving validation schedules.

You’re an organized individual, a team-player, and a fearless driver who thrives in a fast-paced innovative environment. Key responsibilities at this role include:
Managing iPhone program material allocations across multiple sites and system builds
Documenting and publishing build coverage plan for all electrical BOM subcomponents
Collaborating closely with vendors and cross-functional partners to drive material schedule and availability nominal and process corner parts
Partnering with technical leads to collect engineering requirements and help facilitate communication among stakeholders on validation build input plan, including DOEs
Managing logistics of ordering and tracking parts for early prototyping and engineering builds
Providing technical support to system validation team on lab equipment procurement, internal tools and documentation, project planning, and process improvements
Minimum Qualifications
BA/BS degree or 3+ years of industry experience
Proficient in processing of large data sets using tools such as Numbers, MS Excel, etc.
Knowledge of configuration management and BOM structuring
Detail oriented and top-notch critical thinking skill-set.
Preferred Qualifications
Effective in project management and coordination of multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledgeable with PLM and Agile methodologies
Experienced with data analysis tools such as Tableau, JMP, etc.
Understand inventory management requirements
Ability to adapt and react to resets and changes in a time sensitive environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a large cross-functional team
Proven track record of excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Willing to travel if needed
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $118,500 and $244,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
